Compass 55. Google map settings
You can pick map type here from Street, Satellite, Hybrid (Satellite with street names overlay) and Terrain map:
When using Street map type, you can also pick from 3 map styles:
- Standard - default colors for streets and background.
- Night - dark colors to avoid the app blinding you at night.
- Local roads - highlights smaller roads - paths and local roads.
One extra option is to automatically apply night style for the street map when evening/night comes. The app knows when to switch based on a sunrise/sunset for your current location.
