As always, new options will not come into yourway unless you want to use them!

‣‣ REMEMBER speed limit

Apply speed limits once as you drive and letspeedometer store them to re-apply automatically for you! To switch this optionon set “Create speed limit waypoint” to YES in “Advanced Settings” > “Moreon speed limits” and set ALERT as active for the current waypoints collection. Short video tutorial in a documentation section will show you how to become a speed limits master :).

‣‣ 8 speed limits option

Once speedometer started to remember the speedlimits it became obvious that it needs more than 4 values for that. Hold yourfinger on “Limit presets” button above the presets until the customizationoptions open and chose “8 speed limits” option. That will also hopefully makeall Australian and French users happy!!

‣‣ SPEEDING TOLERANCE settings

It was a common request to have a 25 mph speed limitvalue, but be alerted on 30 mph let’s say. Now this is possible! Set it up in"Advanced Settings" > “Speed Colors & Buffer”. Apercentage value can be applied for a buffer value in addition to an absolutevalue in mph or km/h (and knots). Tap on a blue mph or km/h button there toswitch to %.

‣‣ ALERT on speed and red light cameras (or any other kind of a waypoint/poi)

Speedometer can now alert you on approaching anytype of a waypoint. You can create and edit your own speed and red lightcameras within the app or just feed speedometer a file from poi-factory,poi-plaza or many other poi sites that might have very fresh and local to youdata. A handy proximity monitor will show the nearest waypoints on your way andwill alert you with beep, voice and vibration options. Collected waypoints canbe shared via email in iGO, Navitel or GARMIN csv formats.

‣‣ New options for HEADS-UP/FULL screen

Nowspeedometer remembers if you used a mirrored heads-up for the last time or afull screen mode and will let you open that recently used mode with one button. Also vowsfor remembering the orientation lock settings in hud/full screen have beenfulfilled.

Youcan pick from 5 extra options to be shown in hud/full screen. That includestime, altitude, total trip distance, current distance counter and GPS course.Any two of extra options can be shown at once.

‣‣ Separate SOUND and VOICE alert volumes

For voice and sound alerts you can now set a different, from system, volume. “Advanced Settings” > “Alert Sounds”, bottom of a list.
