Entry/base fare provides limited mileage
Entry/base fare includes limited mileage/time.
You choose it on the top row of the Fare rules screen, which the fare editor opens from its HANDLING ENTRY/MINIMUM FARE row.
This is set per fare, so a day rate and an airport flat rate can handle it differently.
